QUOTES:

To receive a quote, please go to our Custom Design page and fill out the quick form to tell us about your project. Quotes will be provided in writing via email within 48 business hours, Monday thru Friday. Quotes will include the cost of the piece, the cost of shipping options, and the delivery time frame.

PLACING AN ORDER:

Included with your quote you will receive the simple instructions for placing an order, and the expected delivery date.

PAYMENT:

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or check.

ORDER CHANGES:

Order changes may incur a change fee, and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

PRODUCTION UPDATES: 

Updates on your on your project are provided weekly.

SHIPPING:

Shipping is provided either Crated or with White Glove Delivery. Shipping costs will be included in your quote.

CARE:

Care of your piece will be provided via email prior to your piece shipping. Most pieces need minimal care and are built and finished to last.
